We set ambitious efficiency targets and refuse to accept the industry’s status quo. “Carbon-neutral” and “good enough PUE” aren’t finish lines; they’re starting points. Every watt of waste heat is an opportunity we haven’t fully captured yet, and we keep pushing until the data center stops being a drain on the world and starts giving back to it.

We build OnZero like an elite engineering squad, not a headcount. We hire and keep only top talent across thermal systems, power engineering, and AI infrastructure: a dense team of people who’d be the best in any room. We’d rather have a handful of exceptional builders than an army of average ones.
Own the Outcome
Every megawatt, every deadline, every problem has a name attached to it and when it’s yours, you carry it to the finish. We don’t explain why something failed; we show how we fixed it. Excuses are noise. Ownership means the buck stops with you, and the solution starts with you.

Hard on problems, kind to people. We fight the status quo, not each other. Ambition is never a license for arrogance. We treat people with respect, whether it’s a team member, a vendor, or the electrician on site. Changing the data center landscape means nothing if we become people nobody wants to build with.
